The people running MindStreet have spent their careers inside behavioral health delivery, managed care, and the clinical research that produced Good Days Ahead.

Valerie (Ramirez) Mukherjee

Founder, Executive Chair

Val is a former Wall Street and Silicon Valley executive turned entrepreneur. A first-generation, low-income college student, raised by a single mother, she transformed her life through education and self-funded her way through Berkeley, Columbia, and Wharton. She later worked at several preeminent technology and finance firms before starting her own investment firm. Growing up in a poor, crime-ridden Bay area neighborhood, she experienced firsthand the trauma of unrecognized, undiagnosed, and untreated mental health disorders within family and friends. She drives MindStreet’s “Netflix of Mental Health” vision to make mental health programs accessible, affordable, and stigma-free. Val is a nationally ranked tennis player and was a first-time nominee for US Congress. She lives in the greater Seattle area with her husband of 20 years and two teenage children.

The future is coordinated

From episodic treatment to continuous mental health infrastructure.

The current system waits for people to deteriorate, ask for help, find an available provider, and navigate treatment largely on their own. The future will be different.
